Ordering & Returns

Ordering Once you place your order and your payment has been verified (almost instantaneously for credit cards) your new software will be available for download. This will either happen by providing you with a page with links to download your software, or by email if your payment takes a while to verify. Your software will be provided in an unauthorized state. Please follow the instructions provided with your installer in order to authorize your software. These instructions are also available in our FAQs section. Returns Our plugins are rigorously tested and perform well on both Mac OSX and Windows XP (SP2), using most major DAW software. However, due to the varied and evolving nature of operating systems, DAWs, sound cards, drivers, motherboards, chipsets and individual system configurations, we simply cannot guarantee that our plugins will work flawlessly with every setup. So, we offer our plugins for sale on an as-is basis and do not accept returns or generate refunds for any reason. All sales are final. This means you should try our fully-operational demos (available on each product page under the "Demos" tab) and make sure they work on your system before you buy!
